The JHM2102 is a CMOS integrated circuit for signal conditioning of ceramic capacitive sensors.
The JHM2102 is a CMOS integrated circuit for signal conditioning of ceramic capacitive sensors.
The JHM2102 is a CMOS integrated circuit for signal conditioning of ceramic capacitive pressure sensors, which is a kind of sensing element varies its capacitance as the pressure changes. The JHM2102 measures the capacitance and converts it to a voltage linearly proportional to the pressure. Compensation of sensor offset, sensitivity, non-linearity is implemented on-chip without external trimming components. The digital one-wire interface can be used for a simple calibration procedure in order to program a set of calibration coefficients into on-chip non-volatile memory. With an external reference capacitance, the JHM2102 can accommodate almost all kinds of ceramic capacitive sensing element with a pair of parallel plates. Thus, the ceramic capacitor and the JHM2102 are mated: fast and precise.
